1. Overview

​

This Subscription Plan Policy provides specific terms governing Joie Design Co.'s monthly subscription plans — Starter (2D + 3D), Pro (2D + 3D), and Premium (2D + 3D). These terms supplement the Joie Design Co. Terms & Conditions and apply exclusively to subscription-based clients. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

2. Available Plans

​

Joie Design Co. currently offers the following monthly subscription plans:

• Starter (2D + 3D): 2 projects per month — 2 kitchens + 4 bathrooms or equivalent. Introductory rate $1,665/month for the first 3 months. Standard rate $1,850/month from month 4.

• Pro (2D + 3D): 4 projects per month — 4 kitchens + 6 bathrooms or equivalent. Introductory rate $3,195/month for the first 3 months. Standard rate $3,550/month from month 4.

• Premium (2D + 3D): 8 projects per month — 8 kitchens + 10 bathrooms or equivalent. Introductory rate $6,795/month for the first 3 months. Standard rate $7,550/month from month 4.

3. Minimum Commitment & Billing

​

All subscription plans carry a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the same date each month. Work for each billing cycle will not commence until payment has been successfully processed.

4. Introductory Pricing & Trial Credit

​

All clients converting from a Paid Trial to a subscription plan are eligible for:

• A $249 trial fee credit applied to their first month's invoice via a unique single-use coupon code issued at conversion

• A 10% discount on the standard monthly rate applied to months 1, 2, and 3 of the subscription

From month 4 onward, the full standard monthly rate of the selected plan applies automatically. Introductory pricing cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion and is available to first-time subscribers only.

5. Project Submissions

​

All project briefs must be submitted through the client portal within 2 business days of the billing cycle start date. Projects not submitted within a billing cycle are forfeited and do not roll over, accumulate, or carry forward to the next month. Turnaround times are calculated from the date complete project materials are received — not from the billing date.

6. Revisions

​

Revision rounds included per plan:

• Starter: 3 revision rounds per project

• Pro: Unlimited revision rounds per project

• Premium: Unlimited revision rounds per project

All revision requests must be submitted through the client portal revision form. Revision requests on Starter plans that exceed 3 rounds will be billed at $199 per additional round. Unlimited revisions on Pro and Premium plans apply to revisions within the original project scope — changes that constitute a new design direction or additional deliverables will be treated as a scope amendment and billed accordingly.

7. Included Deliverables by Plan

​

All Plans include:

• Detailed AutoCAD floor plan

• Elevations of all relevant walls

• Electrical notes

Starter additionally includes:

• 2 photorealistic rendered images per area

Pro additionally includes:

• 3 photorealistic rendered images per area

• Alternate Finish Set available as included feature

Premium additionally includes:

• Full materials list + spec board

• 4 photorealistic rendered images per area

• AI Enhancement (Nano Banana 2) included

 

8. Turnaround Times

• Starter and Pro: 4–5 business days per project from receipt of complete materials

• Premium: 3–4 business days per project from receipt of complete materials

Rush Delivery (48-hour turnaround) is available as a paid add-on at the standard rush rate, subject to studio availability.

 

9. Plan Changes

​

Upgrades to a higher tier may be requested at any time and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Downgrades are not permitted within the minimum 3-month commitment period. After the minimum period, downgrades require 14 days written notice and take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Switching plans during the introductory period resets introductory pricing terms from the date of the plan change.

10. Pause & Cancellation

​

Pause: Subscribers may pause their subscription once per 12-month period for up to 60 days with 14 days written notice. No charges apply during an approved pause period. The 3-month minimum commitment continues to run during a pause.

Cancellation: Cancellations require 14 days written notice to hello@joiedesignco.ca before the next billing date. Cancellations within the 3-month minimum period are honoured at the end of the third billing cycle. Cancellations with less than 14 days notice result in one additional billing cycle being charged. Completed project files remain accessible in the client portal for 60 days post-cancellation, after which they are archived.

11. Pricing Updates

​

Joie Design Co. reserves the right to adjust subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice. Active subscribers will be offered the option to lock in their current rate for one additional billing cycle before any new pricing takes effect.

12. GST

​

GST (5%) will be added to all subscription invoices once Joie Design Co. reaches the CRA registration threshold of $30,000 CAD in annual revenue. Active subscribers will be notified a minimum of 30 days before any tax changes take effect.
