At Joie Design Co., we believe in full transparency. The policies on this page govern every service we offer — from your first Paid Trial through to ongoing subscription plans and Estate Home Packages. Please read each section carefully before making a purchase.

By completing any transaction with Joie Design Co., you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable policies outlined on this page, including our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Digital Product & Delivery Policy, and Subscription Plan Policy. These terms apply to all current and future transactions between you and Joie Design Co.

POLICY 4 — DIGITAL PRODUCT AND DELIVERY POLICY

1. Overview

All deliverables produced by Joie Design Co. are custom digital files delivered electronically to the client's private portal. No physical products are manufactured, packaged, or shipped. This policy outlines how digital deliverables are prepared, delivered, accessed, and governed.

2. Nature of Digital Deliverables

All Joie Design Co. deliverables — including AutoCAD floor plans, elevation drawings, electrical layout drawings, photorealistic renders, spec boards, materials lists, tile layout plans, and 360° walkthroughs — are custom-created digital files produced specifically for each client's project brief. They are not pre-made, off-the-shelf, or downloadable templates.

3. File Formats

Standard deliverable file formats include:

Technical drawings: AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDF
Photorealistic renders: High-resolution JPEG or PNG
Spec boards and materials lists: PDF
Tile layout plans: AutoCAD (.dwg) and PDF
360° Walkthroughs: Delivered as an interactive file or shareable link as specified at the time of request
AI Enhanced renders (Nano Banana 2): High-resolution JPEG or PNG

Specific file format requests outside the above standard formats may be accommodated upon written request and are subject to feasibility and any applicable additional fees.

4. Delivery Method

All deliverables are uploaded directly to the client's private Joie Design Co. client portal upon completion. Clients will receive a portal notification when files are ready. Joie Design Co. does not deliver files via email attachment as standard practice. Portal access is provided at the time of account setup following your first purchase.

5. Download & Access

Clients may download, save, and share their deliverables directly from their client portal at any time during their active subscription or package period. For subscription clients, portal access to completed project files remains active for 60 days following cancellation, after which files are archived. For one-time package and estate project clients, portal access to project files remains active for 90 days following final delivery, after which files are archived. Archived files may be requested for a $25 administrative retrieval fee.

6. Turnaround Times

All turnaround times are estimates calculated from the date complete project materials are received and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Turnaround times by package are as follows:

Paid Trial: 7–10 business days
Budget 2D: 4–5 business days
Budget 3D: 3–4 business days
Budget 2D + 3D: 4–5 business days
Starter Subscription: 4–5 business days per project
Pro Subscription: 4–5 business days per project
Premium Subscription: 3–4 business days per project
Estate Home Packages: As outlined in the written scope of work agreed at the time of engagement
Rush Delivery Add-On: 48 hours from receipt of complete project materials, subject to studio availability

7. Revisions

Revision rounds are included in each package as specified on the relevant product page. Revision requests must be submitted through the client portal revision form. Revisions beyond the included rounds are available as a paid add-on at $199 per round. Revised files are uploaded to the same client portal project page and clearly labelled with the revision number for easy reference.

8. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

Upon receipt of full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive commercial licence to use all delivered digital files for the purposes of sales presentations, client approvals, construction, and marketing of the specific project for which the files were created. The client may not:

Resell or sublicense the files to any third party as standalone products
Represent the deliverables as their own original creative work for the purposes of offering competing drafting or visualization services
Use the files beyond the scope of the original project without written permission from Joie Design Co.

Joie Design Co. retains ownership of all delivered files and reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio, website, and marketing materials unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project commencement.

9. File Responsibility

Joie Design Co. is not responsible for file corruption, loss, or inaccessibility caused by the client's own devices, software, or internet connection. Clients are encouraged to download and save local copies of all deliverables upon receipt. Joie Design Co. retains project files for a minimum of 90 days following final delivery and may assist with file re-delivery within this period at no charge upon written request.

10. Not for Permit or Engineering Use

Joie Design Co.'s deliverables are produced for sales presentation, client approval, and construction reference purposes. They are not stamped architectural or engineering drawings and are not intended for submission as permit or construction documents unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Joie Design Co.
