   As soon as your project is confirmed — whether it's a Paid Trial, a Budget 2D/3D Package, an Estate Home Package, or a monthly subscription — we create a private client profile for you at no extra cost. You'll receive a simple email invitation to access your personal portal on our website. No app downloads, no additional subscriptions required.

2. We Deliver Directly to Your Portal

   When your project is ready, all files are uploaded directly to your private project page — accessible only to you. No more digging through email threads or wondering which version is the final one.

3. Access Your Files Anytime, Anywhere

   Log in to your portal at any time to view, download, or share your project files. Your entire project history lives in one place — from your first brief to your final deliverables.

4. Revisions Land in the Same Place

   Revised files are clearly labelled and uploaded to the same project page — so you always know exactly what's current and what changed. No confusion, no version chaos.

A note on privacy: Your portal is completely private. Only you and Joie Design Co. can access your project files. No other clients can see your work, and your designs are never shared without your explicit permission.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and time-intensive nature of our services, all payments made to Joie Design Co. are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed and work has commenced. This applies to all packages, add-ons, paid trials, and subscription fees.

By completing your purchase and submitting your project brief, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Paid Trial

The $249 paid trial fee is non-refundable. However, if you choose to proceed with a monthly subscription, your trial fee will be credited in full toward your first month — as outlined at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable once processed. You may cancel your subscription at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a billing cycle.

Turnaround & Delivery Delays

Joie Design Co. is committed to delivering all projects within the agreed turnaround window. However, stated turnaround times are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery timelines are contingent upon the timely receipt of complete project materials, accurate briefs, and prompt client responses to any clarification requests.

In the event that a delay is caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late submission of project materials by the client, the original turnaround window will be reset from the date complete information is received. No refunds or credits will be issued under these circumstances.

In the rare event that Joie Design Co. is unable to deliver within the agreed turnaround window due to circumstances within our control, we will notify you promptly and provide a revised delivery date. In such cases, the client may request a delivery credit of up to 10% of the project fee, applied toward a future invoice. This credit is issued at the sole discretion of Joie Design Co. and does not apply to delays caused by force majeure, illness, family emergency, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Revision Policy

Revisions are limited to the number of rounds specified in your selected package. Revision requests submitted after the included rounds have been used will be billed as additional work at our standard add-on rate. Revisions are not a basis for a refund request.

Scope Changes

Any changes to the original project scope — including additional areas, rooms, or deliverables requested after a brief has been confirmed — will be treated as a new or expanded order and billed accordingly. Scope changes do not entitle the client to a refund of amounts already paid.

We are committed to resolving any concerns professionally and promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to find a fair resolution.
